I just wanted to thank you so much for the Art Therapy session I did with you last week. I think something shifted in me afterwards, as I woke the next morning having had a vivid and powerful dream. I then went to my usual yoga class, at the end of which I had the deepest relaxation I can remember.
Also went I got home I took the work I had done and elaborated it with some mind mapping bubbles containing all the thoughts going round my head! It seemed to help and make me feel more calm and able to let go. It made me realise that I need to tackle things one at a time and not feel overwhelmed by everything that piles up.
So thanks once again for the beautiful gift of Art Therapy.
